About this crossing
Stanton — the Good Neighbor Bridge — is El Paso's commuter crossing, and its northbound side is members-only: the vehicle lanes into the U.S. are the SENTRI dedicated commuter operation. Without SENTRI, cross northbound at Paso del Norte, BOTA or Ysleta. Southbound, ordinary cars and pedestrians use Stanton around the clock.

Three memberships, three different things
A Stanton trip can involve three separate products: CBP's SENTRI program governs the northbound lane; Chihuahua's Línea Exprés subscription (for SENTRI or Global Entry holders with an authorized vehicle) governs the Mexico-side approach; and E-Fast merely pays the southbound toll. Holding one grants nothing in the others.
The bridge
Rebuilt in 1967 after the Chamizal settlement, about 880 feet, managed on the U.S. side by the City of El Paso, connecting Stanton Street with Avenida Lerdo.

No — the northbound vehicle operation is the SENTRI dedicated commuter lane, for enrolled members with authorized vehicles; the bridge carries a single northbound lane against three southbound car lanes and a southbound walkway.
Is Stanton open 24 hours?
It depends on the direction. Southbound never closes — cars and pedestrians cross at any hour. Northbound, the SENTRI lane keeps shorter hours, ending at midnight; after that, northbound drivers use Paso del Norte, which runs 24 hours.
Does Stanton have a pedestrian wait?
Not northbound — CBP publishes no pedestrian reading here, and the documented pedestrian lane runs southbound — around the clock, on the bridge's single walkway. Walking into the U.S., use Paso del Norte's 24-hour pedestrian crossing.
