Yes. The main crossing tracked on this page is open 24 hours a day, every day. The two smaller stations managed by the Highgate Springs port — Alburgh Springs and Morses Line — keep shorter daytime schedules, so this card’s hours do not apply to them.
Can you walk or cycle across?
Do not plan on it. GSA says the Highgate Springs port has no facilities to accommodate pedestrian traffic, and current official sources do not publish a bicycle service. Before relying on any non-motorised arrangement, ask the port directly.
The Alburg-area crossings
“Alburg” names do not all identify the same record. CBP lists Alburgh Springs Station and Morses Line under the Highgate Springs port, both open 8:00 am–4:00 pm daily. CBSA matches them to its Clarenceville and Morses Line offices.
