Report an error Tell me what’s wrong and I’ll fix it

Tolls change, lanes close for the season, and lane hours move without much notice. If you find something on this site that’s out of date, tell me. There’s no form and no account, just an email address that reaches me.

Pick whichever fits. Each one opens a message with the subject filled in.

Every crossing guide has its own correction link at the bottom, already filled in with that crossing.

What helps

One line is fine. If you have more:

  • Which crossing, and which direction
  • What the page says now, and what it should say
  • Where you saw the right version — an operator’s page, a posted sign, a photo

A source link helps most, because I only change a fact when an authority backs it.

What I do with it

I read everything that comes in. Then I check it with whoever sets that fact: the operator for a toll, the transport department for the road, the agency for its own lanes.

If it checks out, the page changes, and so does the recheck date beside the fact. If the sources disagree with each other, I say that on the page instead of quietly picking one. Closures and safety restrictions come first.

What I can’t fix

The wait numbers are not mine to change. CBP and CBSA publish them and I show them as they arrive, so if the agency is wrong, this site is wrong until they correct it.

What I can fix is a crossing pointed at the wrong port, a travel mode the agency doesn’t actually report, or a reading labelled with the wrong age.

If the feeds have stopped altogether, the status page will usually show it before your email reaches me.
