This site doesn't show Mexico-bound waits. The numbers on this page cover traffic entering the U.S., reported by CBP.

The Marcelino Serna port — the Tornillo–Guadalupe bridge — is the rural crossing east of El Paso, open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for cars and pedestrians, with weekday-only cargo from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Southbound it is free; the northbound toll is collected on the Mexican side.
| Northbound (into the U.S.) — Chihuahua bridge authority (checked 29 August 2026) | car MX$41 / US$2.50 · motorcycle MX$21 / US$1.30 · bus (2–4 axles) MX$134 / US$8.10 · cargo (2–3 axles) MX$67 / US$4.10 · pedestrian MX$10 / US$0.60. |
|---|---|
| Southbound | there is no U.S.-side charge, and El Paso's E-Fast program does not apply to this county-owned bridge. |
The 1,274-foot bridge is owned by El Paso County on the U.S. side. It came online in stages: CBP began northbound car and pedestrian processing in November 2014, the full both-side passenger and pedestrian facilities opened on 4 February 2016, and the cargo lot followed in March 2016.
In 2025 the port handled about 786,000 US-bound personal vehicles, 87,000 pedestrians and 37,000 trucks (port-level BTS data); December led for cars.
No — 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for cars and pedestrians, with cargo on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The nearest 24-hour crossing is Ysleta; Fort Hancock, the corridor's third crossing, keeps a shorter day still, closing at 6 p.m.
Yes, practically — the Tornillo–Guadalupe bridge replaced the old Fabens–Caseta bridge in February 2016. If directions, an old listing or a map still say Fabens or Caseta, this bridge — the Marcelino Serna port — is the crossing you want.
No. TTI's public border-wait system was under maintenance at the last 29 August 2026 check, so no southbound number is published here — the U.S.-bound waits are the only live figures for Tornillo.
