Pacific Highway carries BC Highway 15 into Washington State Route 543, linking Surrey, British Columbia with Blaine, Washington. CBSA names the office “Pacific Highway”; CBP lists “Truck Crossing” as a separate facility here, and DriveBC’s camera calls the location “Pacific Highway (Truck Crossing)”, the name many local drivers use.

Can commercial trucks use Pacific Highway?
Yes. Pacific Highway is the commercial crossing on the direct Blaine–Surrey route, and trucks barred from Peace Arch must use it. CBP staffs a separate Truck Crossing facility here, while CBSA provides round-the-clock commercial processing and freight services on the Canadian side.
Is there a toll?
No. Pacific Highway has no road toll in either direction. Separate customs, permit or processing fees can still apply to a specific traveller or commercial shipment; those are not road tolls.
What are the NEXUS lane hours?
Pacific Highway is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for passenger and commercial traffic. NEXUS keeps shorter hours: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm entering the United States and 7:00 am to 11:00 pm entering Canada. Outside those windows, NEXUS members use the regular lanes.
Construction and approach traffic
GSA’s expansion work can narrow the approach, and that delay is not included in the booth estimate. A contract awarded in September 2024 adds four personal-vehicle lanes and one outbound lane, bringing the total to ten.
