About this crossing
Camino Real — Eagle Pass Bridge II — is the corridor's workhorse: 24 hours for passenger vehicles, with Mexico-bound cargo 8 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. on weekdays and to 2 p.m. Saturday. The city publishes no Sunday cargo hours.

The bridge
Four inbound lanes (including a SENTRI lane), two outbound, two six-foot sidewalks and a 25-foot wide-load lane, at 500 South Monroe; the Mexican approach is Libramiento Fausto Martínez. The corridor's only rail crossing is Union Pacific's separate bridge, with no traveller access; a June 2025 permit authorizes a second Camino Real span, unbuilt and conditional.
